Coordinator Contractor – Fox Valley Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (FVHERC)

The Fox Valley Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (FVHERC) seeks a qualified professional to serve as Coordinator Contractor through June 30, 2026. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day coalition operations, support emergency preparedness and response efforts, and ensure fulfillment of federal and state program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning, training, exercises, and partner engagement activities.

• Serve as the primary liaison between FVHERC, DHS, and regional partners.

• Support emergency response activation and After-Action processes.

• Oversee deliverables, budgets, and grant compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare emergency planning, training, and response.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination.

• Recommended: ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 completion.

• Must reside within commuting distance of the FVHERC region.

• Preferred: 5+ years in leadership or project management with grant compliance experience.
