The Fox Valley Regional Trauma Symposium is a regional interdisciplinary education event bringing together EMS professionals, nurses, physicians, trauma program leaders, emergency managers, and public safety partners from across Northeast Wisconsin.

Vendor Registration

Vendor participation supports trauma education, system coordination, and regional preparedness initiatives that strengthen patient outcomes. Vendors will have direct engagement opportunities with attendees throughout the day, including designated break periods.

Vendor booths include one 6x2 foot table and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request.

Free parking is available at the Culver Welcome Center lot. Map will be included with final event logistics sent by May 20, 2026.

Schedule of Events

• Vendor set-up is Tuesday, June 9 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm, or Wednesday morning at 7:00am.
• Vendor display hours are Wednesday, June 10 from 7:00am to 3:20pm.
• Tear-down is Wednesday, June 10 after 3:20pm.

Registration Policies

• Registration deadline is April 1, 2026.
• Refunds are available until April 15, minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
• No refunds after April 15.
• Vendor substitutions are permitted with written notification up to June 1, 2026.
• Electricity must be requested during registration and cannot be added onsite.
• High resolution logo required for recognition materials.
